Features of Glazed Fire Doors

One-piece steel frame with self-expanding seals for hot smoke and rebate seals for cold smoke. Fire protection is also guaranteed by the presence of calcium-silicate insulation boards.
Transparent glass that gives maximum brightness and elegance to rooms, which can be chosen with a thickness of 23 mm (EI2 60) or 52 mm (EI 120).
Standard or custom-made doors available with 1 or 2 sashes with T or Z profiles. The glazing bead can be positioned at two points on the sash, i.e. on the pulling or pushing part of the sash.
Spring hinges or INOX hinges which are divided into number 2 (EI 2) and number 3 (EI 120), both with three adjustable wings. The hinges are secured to the sash and frame by means of special threaded inserts and pins. Unlocking the latter makes it possible to create a clearance in both height and width between the sash and frame.
Central crossbar placed at a distance of one metre from the floor.
Handle with steel core, not only fireproof but also perfectly in line with accident prevention regulations.
Fireproof lock equipped with three-key cylinder.
Cold flue gas rebate gasket complete with self-expanding perimeter seals.
Lock and counter-lock selector and floor well both fireproof; the selector is specifically for high/low rod control positioned inside the profile.
Door closer that guarantees self-closing of the door.
Thermo-hardening powders from the RAL range for painting doors and frames.

Rei 30 - 60 - 120

Our PRIMOSS steel-framed fire doors are available in REI 30, REI 60 and REI 120 versions. The line also has a large number of optional extras that the customer can choose according to their needs, including stainless steel handles, YALE cylinders, grommets, grilles and a complete casing frame.
