The fixed fireproof glazing is produced at the specific request of our customers. The profiles are produced according to the dimensional requirements of the building site. We can supply both glass with steel profiles and glass with aluminium profiles. A modular system that allows you to create your own “made-to-measure” fireproof windows and doors.
Characteristics of fireproof fixed glazing
Frame complete with internal insulation made of inorganic silicate-based material and especially asbestos-free. The supporting profile of the frame is made of cold-formed tubular steel.
Dummy frame made entirely of galvanised tubular steel.
Window thickness available in 50 mm (EI2 60) and 80 mm (EI2 120), with the possibility of integrating fireproof glass (supplied unassembled). The latter is made of extra-clear glass panes, between which there is intumescent material to improve insulation and guarantee perfect fire protection.
Heat-expanding seals positioned along the entire external perimeter. On request, transoms or uprights can also be fitted.
Hardening powder coating from the RAL range, with RAL 7035 GREY as standard.
PRIMOSS steel fireproof fixed glazing offers a single view and a maximum size of 1200×2200. If larger sizes are required, transoms can be installed for splitting.
Infinite possibilities of furnishing
For new buildings or renovations, it is not only the right size that counts, but also aesthetics and functionality. Fixed fire windows offer countless solutions and can be adapted to any type of room.
